Introduction to Sarah and team

Managing the nutritional needs of multiple pregnancies requires careful planning and monitoring. Due to the increased demands on the body, there’s a higher risk of nutrient deficiencies, complications like preterm birth, and maternal mental health challenges. A well-balanced diet, supplemented as necessary, is essential to support the health of both the mother and the babies.

We believe that by building a community that better supports families of multiples, we can create a space where everyone—parents and health care professionals alike—can thrive

Sarah is known for her quietly confident yet boldy simple approach to nutrition with the intention for mum to thrive so her babies can too.
Her expertise as both a Certified Fertility Dietitian and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian, that works in the pregnancy and postpartum space, seamlessly combines to provide you with informed, intentional, methodical, and compassionate care

Our Story

“I am thankful as a Dietitian I could navigate the research and adjust my nutrition and supplements effectively during my pregnancy and postpartum however, my time has passed and it would be an injustice not to use my skills to help other mums of multiples”

As a mother of multiples (twin boys and a daughter), Twin+ came to fruition alongside her twin pregnancy. As an accredited practising Dietitian, Sarah felt duty bound to raise awareness, and rally for more research for pregnancies and breastfeeding multiples.  In the meantime she intended to shake up how we do nutrition for mums of multiples and make it bolder and better.

“Mums of multiples matter, and Twin+ has curated a place where lived experience meets expertise.”
